STORE POLICY

 

SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hour Cancellation Required

Your appointment time at Kanvas Advanced Aesthetics is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge 50% of the reserved service.

 

No Shows: Appointments with no advance notice will result in a full charge of scheduled service.

 

Late Arrivals: Please understand that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service booked. Services that cannot be accommodated due to late arrival will be subject to a 50% service charge.
